The product was so fresh as of hand picked a few minutes ago. The minute you slit the root it’s so aromatic and without doubt soooo flavourful. Half was made to use picke and the other half a veggie which my grandma has been making for ages. The colour so so bright I stained my fingers too but didn’t mind it at all.
