  1. I am not someone who experiences migraine headaches very often but when I do experience them once in a few months they are quite nasty. Can regular curcumin supplementation help me get rid of this problem once and for all?

    1. Most people rely on OTC pain medication to get relief from a migraine induced headache. These drugs are not very good if taken frequently because they produce side effects that weaken the digestive tract. Curcumin is a natural anti-inflammatory and analgesic that can help you avoid migraines as well as reduce their intensity when they occur. By acting on the pro-inflammatory enzymes and reducing their effectiveness, curcumin tones down the level of pain experienced as part of a migraine attack. It also has antioxidant properties which help in neutralizing excessive free radicals and reducing the level of oxidative stress. When the oxidative stress in the body is low, chances of getting a migraine headache are also low.
